Physiotherapy InMotion

Australian Journal of Physiotherapy

The Australian Journal of Physiotherapy is the official journal of the APA, which documents the science and practice of physiotherapy in Australia. It is listed in the international top 10 core physiotherapy journals and is published four times per year: March, June, September, and December.

The APA National Groups produce newsletters and magazines for their members, including the quarterly colour publications: Business in Practice, SportsPhysio, and InTouch.

 

PBA members — Business in Practice

BiP targets the decision makers in private practice. Each issue of BiP focuses on the ‘business’ of physiotherapy and is considered an essential resource for the physiotherapist owning and running their own business. View Online

Physiotherapy Research Update

The APA produces an annual Physiotherapy Research Update to showcase state-of-the-art physiotherapy research and to illustrate the effectiveness and cost efficiency of Australian physiotherapy. The Physiotherapy Research Update is funded by the Physiotherapy Research Foundation as part of the Foundation’s brief to promote physiotherapy research and to support the integration of research evidence into clinical practice.

National Physiotherapy Service Descriptors

Developed in 2001/2002 by the national Compensable Bodies Committee, a standing committee of the APA Board of Directors, the National Physiotherapy Service Descriptors were developed in consultation with all entities within the Association.
