Rural Members’ Network Breakfast at Conference Week 2009

Members of the Rural Members’ Network (RMN) are invited to a joint National Rural Issues Committee (NRIC) / Indigenous Health Committee (IHC) breakfast on Saturday, 3 October 2009. 

The breakfast is free to RMN members who have registered to attend the APA Conference Week 2009, but places are strictly limited so registration is essential. 

The joint NRIC/IHC breakfast will be an opportunity to drill down into a couple of areas highlighted in the APA’s new Rural e-Resource – Helping Physiotherapists find their Way in the Bush.  You will hear from Elaine Ashworth about SARRAH’s new toolkit for allied health professionals transitioning to remote and rural practice and from Marilyn Morgan about the realities of effectively working with Indigenous clients. 

And it’s a great opportunity to network with your peers!
